Ted has been practicing acupuncture for over 25 years, bringing decades of experience and insight to every treatment.
He is a faculty member at Pacific Rim College, where he has been teaching students of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2005, sharing his expertise in both the fundamental techniques and philosophy of East Asian medicine.
In his private practice, Ted combines his clinical experience and educational background to offer expert, personalized acupuncture care. Each session reflects his commitment to supporting the health and well-being of everyone he sees.
I Can Help.
Although I have a general family practice, I have special interest in treating pain & injury, and mental/emotional patterns like addiction, anxiety, and insomnia.
At our first session I will conduct a thorough evaluation in order to arrive at a diagnosis. This will include taking a history, hearing your concerns, taking your pulse, looking at your tongue, and palpating your arms and legs. With this information, together we will see a pattern emerge; I'll teach you all about what's going on with your body from an East Asian medical perspective, and how best to move forward.
I provide traditional, classical, and modern acupuncture.
I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies at this time. E-transfers are best for payment.
The Clinic Space
The Clinic is the lower level of a character home in Quadra village area.
The entrance is around to the right side of the house.
You can park right out front.
There are 7 steps to climb from the sidewalk.
I practice on the traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees) and W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) First Nations peoples, whose timeless relationship to the land continues to this day.
